Summary: Staff were exceptionally rude for no reason, pillows are very uncomfortable. The rooms are actually quite bare and not as shown on the website when selecting this room. Loud noises can be heard in the night. This hotel is quite basic for the rate they charge per night… I would recommend staying elsewhere
